There hasn't been too much time to think too deeply these days- however I just started a bible study on "Love" and I'm not sure what else can get to be deeper in thought than when thinking about Love.
What is love? Where does love come from? Can you trust your heart? How do you feel loved? How do you show love?
Thought number one. God said that the Greatest commandment is to "Love the Lord with all of your heart, soul, strength and mind. The second is like it, Love your neighbor as yourself."
A favorite saying is "You become what you behold". If we really focus and try to love the Lord with everything we have and everything we are then loving should come naturally. Our number one example of Love is Jesus Christ. He pretty much had Loving others DOWN!
But my heart isn't quite there yet. I know I get way too distracted with a lot of stupid things in this world. I'm still learning to love and trying to purify my heart so I can.
